The flood. It rained alot friday night, and when we arrived the sky was blue, but everything was really wet. The new fill was like foam. you would sink in a few inches. Is that really dirt? It thought Paul painted the basement. A nice red floor. It was mud. The idiot who graded, and I mean real idiot graded it the ground so that it poured into the casement windows. And the idiot who put in the septic pipe was also a real idiot, they did not seal it. So all this came in to the basement. And of courfse the supposedly fixed doors leaked like a sieve. Ridiculous. But, i made the 300 railing balisturs and we saw some very interesting fireplaces. I like the vermont castings...
