I am getting tired of this. This looks like little has been done, though they say they fixed the pump house. That means digging around it, putting drainage pipes and patching up the crack. supposedly this will work. $1500 for this. Lets see. They also raked out all the fill that was causing the moat. Finally. And put a drainage area near next to the cellar door so that if the gutters fail (ice, leaves, etc...) the water will have somewhere to drain to. They were also supposed to dig drains for the gutter. Somehow that got missed.
