Who knew there was a plane crash near Stoppel Point in the 40's. The boys did and wanted to hike there. It looks to be a several hours and so why not. True to form, we could not make it. 80% there. Heavy snow at the top made difficult walking, and the day was getting late. We did make it to North Mountain. It was alot of fun and interstnig how the weather changed from the base. No joke.
